What the integration does
Estatelab calculates the billing data. Tripletex handles the accounting, and payment status is sent back.
Billing data per tenant
Estatelab calculates the billing data from leases, tenancies, floor areas and service charges, including VAT ratios and allocation keys.
Order or invoice in Tripletex
The completed billing data is transferred to Tripletex in a structured format as an order or invoice. Tripletex handles accounting, distribution and follow-up.
Payment status returned
Invoice status is synchronised back to Estatelab so property managers can monitor payments.

Questions about the integration
What needs to be in place before getting started?
The API key from Tripletex is entered in Estatelab's integration settings. The chart of accounts, products, VAT codes and customers must be configured correctly in both systems.
Which system is used for what?
Estatelab handles the property-specific logic and calculates the billing data. Tripletex takes over accounting, distribution and follow-up of invoices.
What about reconciliations and CPI indexation?
Estatelab handles service charges, reconciliations, CPI indexation and VAT ratios. Tripletex describes a traceable, standardised process for reconciliations and CPI adjustments.
Which data does the integration support?
Tripletex lists order and invoice creation and invoice-status tracking. The integration can also view products to be invoiced and retrieve entries from the general ledger.
What does this mean for property management?
Estatelab brings property-specific processes together in a cloud platform for owners, managers and finance teams. It reduces the need for spreadsheets and routines that depend on individuals, while Tripletex handles accounting.
Who provides the integration?
The integration is provided by Estatelab PM AS. Tripletex describes it as a third-party integration and specifies that Tripletex is not responsible for its functionality or any errors.
Where can I read the provider's description?
