Erik Brustad has worked in property since 2009. As a property owner, he saw how much time went into leases, documents, finances and reporting. The information existed, but it was scattered across papers, folders and Excel spreadsheets. Figures had to be checked yet again before they could be used.
In 2021, he decided to build the system he had been missing: one place for important property information, with less manual follow-up and a clearer portfolio overview. That was the start of Estatelab. Estatelab as we know it today was launched in October 2024.

Adnan has a background in technology, strategy and IT security. At Estatelab, he works in technical Customer Success, helping customers with onboarding, support and integrations.
