What the integration does
Estatelab calculates and sends billing data to PowerOffice Go, and displays payment status back in the property management workspace.
Data from leases and rent
Leases, tenancies, floor areas and allocation keys are recorded in Estatelab. These determine what each tenant should be invoiced.
Service charges and VAT
Estatelab allocates service charges based on the property's structure and handles the VAT ratio for each tenant before transferring the billing data.
Accounting and payment status
Completed billing data is transferred to PowerOffice Go as an order or invoice. Accounting, distribution and follow-up take place in the accounting system, while payment status is returned to Estatelab.
Two-way data flow
