When a billing document is distributed in Estatelab, a sales order is created in Finago with tenant details for an individual or company, invoice date, due date and line items.
The right account and VAT code
Product mapping links line types such as rent and service charges, together with Estatelab's VAT configuration, to account numbers and VAT codes in Finago.
Payment updates Estatelab
The integration tracks whether the sales order has been invoiced and paid. Recorded payments create payment entries and update document status in Estatelab.

How are customers and contacts handled?
Customers are synchronised automatically. Estatelab creates customers and contacts in Finago only if they do not already exist.
How are rent and service charges connected to accounting?
The integration uses a product mapping table that translates Estatelab's line types and VAT configuration into specific account numbers and VAT codes in Finago.
What happens when a payment is recorded?
The integration tracks whether the sales order has been converted into an invoice and retrieves payment status from Finago by polling. Paid amounts are recorded as remittance entries β payment records β in Estatelab, and document status updates automatically.
What is checked before the integration is used?
Finago describes credential validation before activation and checks that configured accounts and VAT codes exist in Finago. Accounts and VAT codes can be configured for each invoice line type.
